Every student is responsible for getting his/her own visa.
You should start the visa application process on time.

Please check visa requirements on the Ministry of foreign affairs official website:

                 http://www.mvep.hr/en/consular-information/visas/visa-requirements-overview/

Starting the process:
Subjects who require a visa for Croatia can fill out the visa application form online at crovisa.mvep.hr (available in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Albanian, and Turkish language). Printed and filled out the application form along with other required documents should be submitted to the competent Croatian Embassy/Consulate or visa centre or through an accredited tourist agency.

Additional information for each country is available in the drop-down menu - Visa requirements overview.

All questions regarding Croatia’s visa regime can be submitted at: [email protected]

In case you need a visa, you will need ORIGINAL and OFFICIAL invitation letter provided by CroMSIC, not the electronic one you can obtain trough this website.

If the AF is sent before the MARCH MEETING, we will bring the Invitation letter to your NEO. S/he will forward it to you.

If the AF is sent after the March Meeting, an Invitation letter will be archived in our Ministry of foreign affairs, for you to be able to apply and reach for the Invitation letter directly in the Croatian Embassy in your country/corresponding office. This brings additional cost (140 kn) for students, so I urge you to send the AF before the MM. Students should take charge and contact their hosting LEO or NEO regarding visa application on time.

The invitation letter will be given for one month exchange +2 days prior and +2 after the exchange. The Invitation letter will be given for a SINGLE ENTRY. Please note this while buying the tickets.
