Incoming students agree to observe and obey all rules and warnings regarding COVID-19 posted by the Greek government and relative national and international health authorities and further agree to follow, in addition to any supplementary instructions given by HelMSIC, the measures listed below.
- Have a negative molecular test result (RT-PCR) for COVID-19, performed up to 72 hours before their entry to Greece. PCR testing should be performed in National Reference laboratories, National Public Health Laboratories or Private laboratories which are accredited from the respective national accreditation authorities.
- Submit to COVID-19 testing throughout their practice included but not limited to weekly COVID-19 tests. The frequency of the testing and further logistical details will be determined by the respective Tutor at the beginning of the practice.
Disclaimer: The expenses for the aforementioned procedures are to be covered entirely by the student. Also, the incoming student is responsible for organizing their own self-isolation.
Furthermore, a Liability Waiver will be sent to the students with their Card of Acceptance that they will have to sign and submit with their Card of Confirmation by uploading it in the “Liability Waiver” field in their Card of Documents. The student should also bring a hard copy of the document upon arrival.
Students should upload their proof of immunization in the respective field of their Card of Documents.
In case a student tests positive for COVID-19, the health protocols that will be in force at the time of the exchange will be followed. Any additional costs that may arise (e.g. accommodation, hospitalization) will be covered entirely by the student or/and their insurance provider.
